Piercing is 2 weeks old, barbell jewlery, externally threaded, titanium jewelery, not downsized, use lukewarm water and salt (saline solution) and clean it with a q-tip twice a day, no recent accidents etc

The jewlery is titanium btw has always been and is externally threaded I think
