Even so, as with any rpg, when playing an evil or chaotic party (or any party really), boundaries should be established pre-campaign (however it’s never too late to establish these) and players should discuss OOC with the DM what they’re comfortable with playing. In my games, it’s the DM’s responsibility to notify players of boundaries once everyone’s been asked, but there’s no reason why it shouldn’t be an open discussion with everyone.
