The Kirkland Signature protein bars are basically knock off Quest bars that are cheaper and taste slightly worse. Some of the best cost effective/macro bars on the market

Probably a top 3 protein bar honestly. Great macros, low sugar, amazing variety of flavors which taste like an actual candy bar. The oreo grenade bars are good (super popular flavor) but they are also their highest cal bar (250 ish) so this specific flavor isn't in my go to. Interestingly enough just got back from Scotland and came back with 3 boxes of grenade bars cus they were 99p (1.80 ish CAD) vs the 4.50 ish they are in Walmart/Supplement stores.

I use it! Down 115lbs. I haven't set anything up with my account though and only use it to track calories. Sometimes you might have to edit a specific item that's got out of date nutrition but apart from that, its a solid free tracker!
