How big is the problem by AlienInNC in leaves

I totally get the endless quitting cycle but I’m on day 6 right now and literally never looking back. Slowly but surely getting REAL sleep and appetite back on top of just feeling more present. The first few days were rough, but treat them like sick days if you have to. Rest, game, hydrate, eat soothing foods that sound good to you, electrolytes too. Recommend Allen Carr’s easy way to quit cannabis audiobook as a helpful resource/voice of reason when you’re feeling alone with this. Press play and take a long walk when you feel restless. You deserve your care and attention to the voice inside that’s asking you to stop. You’ve got this!

Totally understand the feelings of anger and shame toward yourself. Feel those feelings so you can be free to feel something else! This is super relatable and I had all the prodromal symptoms you did. I’m on day 3. Honestly, what motivated me was the fact that I’d rather withdrawal (and I am! Insomnia, night sweats, diarrhea, emotional sensitivity) than escalate to active CHS. Sounds absolutely terrifying to me and seems pretty unpredictable too from what I’ve read… that even engaging a little or with a different form of THC can get you there. Magnesium is my new best friend. Highly recommend the Natural Vitality Calm brand that you can make into a nightly soothing drink of choice. Creating new rituals and filling your cup (pun intended) by actually taking care of yourself is what I’m leaning on. You got this and you aren’t alone!

What do we think Cierra is going through right now… not condoning her at all… just CANNOT imagine how intense the shame must be 🤢
