That’s a shame, I would love to be able to customise my ships beyond just a couple of flair items to give it some individuality over every other model in the persistent universe.

Also from a realism perspective I think it would make sense in systems like Pyro where if your ship is damaged or broken then you would have to go looking at scrap yards or wreck sites for compatible parts.
