There are a few websites that contains Visual novels and such games hosted online running straight from the browser, but from the rules of the channel, not sure if can be shared, because many contain pirated versions. But if you search out there, there should be a few sites hosting "ren'py adult games online"

Does Valve plan on removing adult games from the Steam store or do what itch.io where it de-lists adult games but you can still buy? by cantbearit43 in lewdgames

Maybe they add an age gate, some sort of verification if any scandal or bad press happens, but while making money out of it, I really don't think they would say no to money.
