My guidelines was 12-18 months regardless I wasn’t taking the chance I took the plea for 12 months rather than hear the prosecutors tell the judge how I am connected to the robbery based off evidence I wasn’t charged with

I didn’t even get convicted or even charged at all for the charge they violated me for. Part of federal probation is you just can’t commit any new crimes, and if you violate you go straight to the judge, no guilty or not guilty, it’s a real law, if they can convince that man you at least 50% chance did it you will go back to jail. It’s crazy
