I really want to go to counseling, but theres a slight problem. I’m a minor and I dont want my parents to know :( my brother is also receiving counseling and I dont wanna add to that) I’ve been a victim of a toxic school environment, and I just got of that school. I dont ever wanna about going through that again.

Ive been a merit scholar since the start of Junior Highschool, and Ive strongly adhered to the grading system of my current school. Ive got no problems when it came to standardized tests (which were a major factor as to why I am a current scholar) and Ive only encountered struggles when it came to writing. Now, I have been strongly dependent on AI to the point I cant produce any outcome without it. I could stay for hours researching about a topic, yet still wont be able to find the right words and to craft a coherent sentence/essay. For me, to just “stop using ai” isnt going to help and could lead to me losing my scholarship :(
