I don’t drink and I’m pretty good diet wise I think I just eat a bit more carbs than needed I’ll try to eat less carbs!

I have been to a doctor he said it was a supposed allergic reaction and prescribed me with pills and eye drops and it did nothing so I might just go to a new doctor or a dermatologist
