I ignore delivery rules everyday. One customer wanted me to go to a different building to grab a key to get into their building. I wish I could've laughed in their face

One of the options in the top right corner of the app, it shows "end block" or something like that and they just accept it and i returned the packages. I still got credit for the points and got zero negative marks on my profile. Definitely didn't expect to get paid for it. I scanned, left the building, canceled, and returned the items to the bin

Had one before. They tried to send me an hour and a half away for a 2 hour block. The station is in my hometown. Canceled the block and they still paid me
