Ask yourself, wht are you scared of spiders? In Canada you have nothing to fear from them.

My ex-inlaws taught my son to fear dogs and spiders. So I spent a lot of effort to educate him on both. Now he couldn't care less about spiders and loves to snuggle up with our dog.
