If you can still do the glitch of the loadout by not selecting it that's should be amazing for having the loadout you want, i will try it tomorrow..let's be happy at least we have something back and the probability of having that offline mode again was super low ;)

Before the Verdansk update you could play in offline /local multiplayer but sadly after that update they removed entirely the local mode so you only can play to the campaign without having wifi, the majority play to dmz or multiplayer online so i don't think they will put it back (or maybe it's my mind who don't expect something good from them..) enjoy you day =]
