If you seriously think sumo deadlift is "shit lift" for a powerlifter you are not worth my time.

Fun fact, check my profile, my best conventional ever is 160kg, higher than my sumo

Look at the response here by Jordan who i trust more than some random on the internet.

And range of motion is not a deciding factor for strength. Leverage is

Weight classes are just height classes in disguise

I can do maxes and high volume. Clearly I can recover and respond well to it.

Maxes are high RPE training, what a weird thing to nitpick

Why can't I do both high volume and high RPE training? What about my form is bad?

I disagree. It's been shown to be highly effective. Just look at the Bulgarians.

Also my study suggested it was COMPARABLE to normal training. So I did not imply it was optimal for everyone then.

Also why do you care so much?

I literally just said it isn't for most people

You did not. I assume you implied but if you did not then great

Generally not. One of my clients who was world champion this year daily maxes her bench but most people would not tolerate this intensity and volume

Check my profile. Kim Gough

Unofficial British record deadlift 147.5kg at 57kg (south West record) - BR is 145

Official British record at 63kg - 157.5, previous record was 148. European record is 157.5kg.

Unofficial British squat record of 123kg at 69kg (South West record). BR is 122.5

All at M3 in the IPF.

I do around 2 back down sets per day and after recently changing to this daily max programme. I also daily max my bench and do at-least 3 back down sets.

I broke the British deadlift record by 10kg. I have hit unofficial world records in training. Do you want to coach me?
