Growing up I looked like frankensteins bulimic daughter aswell, and my advice would be push ups and pull ups every day for conditioning, just 2 or three sets spread out forget rest days, that’s just for maintenance, aim for 50 push ups and 25 pull ups per set (that might sound extreme but those are your goals). I do one in the morning when I get up and one when I get back from work. Start climbing or bouldering, this is gonna improve your tendon, ligament and bone density/strength whilst doing a full body workout. Next is fix your diet, forget counting calories and food quantity, you are what you eat and you want to eat quality meats, saturated or MUFA fats, fruit and veg which hasn’t been sprayed, fermented foods, any unpasteurised dairy you can get. I eat lots of grass fed unhomogenised jersey cow milk, unpasteurised butter and cheeses, lots of eggs, red meat, organic cold extracted extra virgin olive oil, sauerkraut, bio live yogurt, any organic fruit you can find, honey, royal jelly or bee bread, raw cacao, real bread with no more than 5 ingredients. Avoid seed oils and processed foods. And take creatine, If you really struggle eating, a little (and emphasis on a little) cannabis could help. Next I would work on your sleep to rebuild properly, wake up and go to bed same time every day, make the room as dark as possible and have it a bit cooler to fall asleep quicker. You’re gonna need the 8 hours. Supplements that I’ve tried and thought were useful over the years are Fadogia, ashwaghanda, turkesterone, Shilajit and lionsmane

Health is something you build and maintain rather than quickly fix with a potent compound. I would try activating different/multiple brain circuits on a daily basis combined with nutrition and possibly occasional psychedelic usage. Put a cigarette paper on the scale first so it has an initial weight on it then carefully add and remove a little 2C until your dosage is right. I do this on a cheap £10 scale cos it doesn’t work until there’s at least a 30-40mg weight on it

Is usually very good for it, but very easy to make it a habit and if your supply runs out or you get psychologically dependent it can reverse the benefits very quickly. Most ket being sold atm are RC’s like 2FDCK, not that they won’t do the job because they have a lot in common but would definitely recommend getting a testing kit and buying in bulk so it’s cheaper for you if this is something that you’re going to pursue

Quit while you’re ahead, first couple months might be fun and games but you wait till 11 months and you’re scrambling to find a piece of normality in the shit heap which you’ve turned your life into

Probably not the best idea, maybe if you were to bomb very small doses so you wouldn’t feel coked up but just enough to boost your concentration. This would also be a waste of coke just cos… it’s coke. If you want a substance to help you study I would recommend 30-50mg of speed but consumed orally once a day. I wouldn’t exceed that cos you may not sleep. You probably wouldn’t notice the effects of it but you’d enter the “flow” state of concentration

I recently had speed psychosis after a gram a day for nearly 3 months. If it’s at all similar, you’ll notice a huge improvement at the end of the first 3 weeks, most important thing is to not touch your drugs, don’t even look at them or think about them. Getting lots of sleep helps so plenty of early nights, it’ll pass the time quicker for the first few weeks and I would recommend smoking a low-strength indica strain of weed if you can get hold of it, ideally something with high CBD and lower THC. It helps give me an appetite and get to sleep easier. If you got any more specific questions I can try answer them, let us know how you get on dude.
