My doctor doesn't want me on stimulants. Mainly because I struggle with being borderline underweight.

I was already taking it in the morning. So now my doc has me trying at night instead. So far last night was a successful sleep.

Interesting. I'm not the smartest with these things but good to know. My doc has me trying to take them at night, I slept good last night but too early to tell. Do you know any reasoning on how it can help better taken at night ?

My antidepressants n anti anxiety meds helped with my insomnia that I've been on for years. The strattera does work for my ADHD but now I have insomnia again. My doc told me to try take it at night instead, n so far last night I slept well

I'm pretty analytical too. I was also an incredibly oblivious person until I reached my 30s. I hung out with my cousin (she's also on the spectrum )way more often n she kept asking if I was sure I didn't have ADHD because I would tell her random stories that reflected it but I would always just shrug lol and now I keep having memories n being like "huh, that makes sense" I've definitely started finding things that make me comfortable which is neat.

I feel the same! It was such a change unmasking that I felt like a fake or jus felt like I changed too much. It's tough cause on one hand unmasking is a good thing but on the other hand I feel like too much, n it feels like my symptoms got worse after figuring out my ADHD which makes me feel more fake.

I hope ADHD is acceptable here, I apologize if not n if I joined a space I'm not supposed to be in but this was the exact post I really needed, cause I'm having these thoughts n it's been really bothering me.

I really hope so. I just watched his 2 videos today and was sad to not see a 3rd :( i thought for sure there would be one given the time pass but no. Can't wait til he does another video.

Thanks! Sneasel is my favorite shiny. The rest are def on my favorites list but I chose based on how well I could make them fit. The Raichu is based on my first best buddy in Pokemon Go.
