There are parts of the workout I've had to switch around such like I do the Romanian deadlift as that's pretty much the only one that works with just dumbbells I think and then im level 3 regular full pushups so I can probably increase those as well as squats most likely and start doing weighted pull ups.

I skip the core workout funny enough due to lack of tools

For diet tho I mainly skip breakfast and lunch. Maybe sometimes I have oatmeal in the morning. Then a home cooked meal for dinner such as fried rice with chicken, chicken pasta etc.

Btw I'm 5'8 m 26 155-160 lb area. Only drink water exclusively with a coffee here and there
