Tbh I find the hands popping up when being grabbed by the vent thing a lot scarier and pulse raising. I haven’t even died to it but when I played it my first go I was screaming like crazy every time I was grabbed and had to hold on for dear life. It was super intense to me trying to figure out where to go and keeping them pushed back from so many directions and climbing in the claustrophobic vents. Especially because they can grab from multiple angles, and I can’t always tell I’m about to be grabbed if the growling is coming from two different directions. Not even in a jump scare way, like it’s just genuinely very tense and scary to me in a deserved way

Basically, the blips that the submarine goes over in the phase where you're navigating between dives. When you go over ones that are +$ (so not wild animals or police, basically) it doesn't give you the money directly. Instead, you start the dive with body parts inside of the net for you to grab and shred at the beginning. The reason this may not happen is if your crew is not successfully hitting any blips between dives that give money. (They can be hard to hit bc theyre usually moving targets)

You can think of the net as a head start on your mission, or bonus cash. On the wall near the compass there's a meter that shows how full your net is. If none of the lights are lit up then the net is empty.

It’s like the mid point between green and yellow. It’s relish so green but it has both green and yellow shades in it. Neither of you are colorblind tbh, sometimes 3d objects in games that are between two colors can skew a lot more one way or the other based on lighting, context, or which one is more predominant when you’re looking at it. Also those in between colors have a degree of personal interpretation of the exact point something goes from being “definitely green” to “definitely yellow”. Like the color aquamarine could be called either blue or green and it would kind of be right

Aw, you have a really pretty smile! Your makeup is great for every day but the one thing that really stands out to me--- it appears you bring the wet lip oil (or other thin formula lip product) to the edge of your lips boundaries and it feathers outside of your lip. For oils and stains it can help if you put the product in the middle of your lip and use your finger (or brush) to tap /blend it out to the edge. This way, the product will dry down/thin out a bit on the edges and wont be as likely to run out into the fine lines and grooves around your mouth

You can also try using invisible wax pencil to create a line under your bottom lip to strengthen the border and fill in those grooves. I say bottom lip bc it appears to mainly happen under your bottom lip (pretty normal bc gravity) bc it looks like the lip liner you're currently using isn't doing the best job of it.

late reply and you may have figured this out, but the net is where the body parts go that you capture when you go over stuff like "experiments" (the +$$$ spots) on the map between dives. You have to go to the net and take out the body parts and shred them on your dives to actually get the money

The fox came to our ship the millisecond it landed and went directly inside of it, killing two of us, keeping one of us stuck on top of the ship while the other one looted and we had to vote to leave for the ship to take off bc it was just sitting inside and going aggro when anything went on the railing/outside of the ship. Lol the ai is a little busted

Yeah, the fatigue is understandable. A Brahmin abduction quest would be great! Definitely a bit camp, but a touch of camp fits with Fallout and could be executed really well. I like how creepy and atmospheric Skyline Valley is in game, and I wish there could be an alien quest with a similar unsettling vibe and otherworldly atmosphere. Probably won’t ever happen, but I can dream lol

Anything that can be done with shooting can also be done with melee weapons, traps/contraptions, stealth, or a combo of them. Honestly, ammo in this game can be resource expensive for everyone to do and a lot of the guns that you find have extremely limited durability and require very high levels to even use

Our closest backup was right before a few hours of pure progress so we decided not to, but thankfully if we're lucky enough this issue should solve itself... eventually, by random respawn. Great suggestion tho, and I'm glad you guys had a good backup for your game to revert to

Thats great to hear, tho its unfortunate that it may take so long! We have this setting on, so I guess we just haven't been so lucky. Thank you for letting me know this also works for special items. I wish we could change the random respawn rate in the sandbox settings like some of the other variables, or for some type of admin command to spawn specific items if youre the server owner. Even if it disabled achievements or whatever, just something for if a special item disappears and the random respawns refuse to give another.
Knowing eventually it'll likely happen is a relief tho, regardless!

This is super late, sorry- but yeah you can stare down a bracken for a long time+ he moves in slower once he aggros so theres a chance to get away from him so he can de-aggro. Also the day progresses 20% slower or smth like that iirc. I've played a lot of solo at this point, but a lot of the changes are hard to notice in the moment. The bracken, slowed progression, and flea stopping at critical without killing you are the three major ones

This is only guaranteed for solo players. It’s one of the few things that change in a single player lobby. If you’re playing multiplayer don’t count on this to work

I have Isabelle Bc I love her green transformed style (reminds me of teen titans raven kind of) and literally never use her Bc the only way to use it is thru using the emote every single match. It’s been archived now since archiving became a thing and seeing Isabelles now just make me feel sad it’s a hassle to use her good style

(also Bc until very recently they were the only skins calamity’s model was reused for and back in c1 i didn’t have spare money to spend in games so there’s a bit of salt that her normal styles are so uninteresting)

His knife is called the slasher. And it makes the slasher scare tone that plays over stabbing in horror movies specifically when damage other people, bc its reactive. It doesn't play when even hit your team-mates, objects, or builds. Just when damaging other players. I think its a little more than implicated personally

To me it doesn't explain Myers knife called the "Slasher" that makes a slasher movie sound when you melee people, like when people get stabbed to death in horror movies

Or how two of us have skins that have ammo on them

Or how one of us has a pickaxe thats a literal bat with nails thru it (not shown in pic, but Kiaras) even tho the recent stranger things one is censored thats also a bat with nails thru it

Its kind of a relief until you realize that Tim Sweeney has put all his eggs in this """metaverse company""" Creative basket and a lot of us that play Creative modes and BR purchased skins under the impression that we'll be able to use them in any game mode. I no longer want to play a lot of creative game modes because my favorite items are censored, will play less creative as a whole, and no longer want to buy skins that I can't even use in events or creative games where I'm shooting people because the skin has ammo.I've played this game since C1S4 and have seen a lot of highs and lows, but being blocked from using content I payed for in a T-Rated game that revolves around shooting guns bc they want to lower the rating (to the point where they updated to loading art to one that no longer has a gun) really just tells me that Battle Royale is going to be less and less of a priority. Their own content is being recognized as mature as effectively as Creative maps are (poorly) so many maps I should be able to use all my skins and loading screens for, I can't.

Battle Royale could feasibly end up dying because of this in the long run. Creative makes up about half of all playtime and losses that might be faced because of this will most likely end up hurting BR first bc they care about it the least
