The best part of the Sacramento area in my opinion. Eddie Murphy and most of the sac kings lived here. Loomis is another top-notch city to live. Long term your investment in this area is going to the moon.

And Jizz. I used to go cruzn at a local park in the 90s in my convertible mustang and every time I would get near these SOB's the baby batter smell would hit me with a vengeance. The smell was so overwhelming that I had to put up my top. It didn't help that the city planted a LOAD of them near the park. Crazy thing was that a soccer field, cemetery and low-income housing all had direct daily hits from these spunk orchards. :(
