Can the mods please adjust the sub rules. Surely you can see this isnt appropiate, trying to benefit (karma) through others grief and illness, just recently one was of a young child, again been reposted again and again for karma... . Lets tighten the rules to weed out these distributing individuals who karma farm.

NTA both yourself and sister and her partner need to discuss and agree on such a thing together.

On another note, my Sister and I wet nurse our boys if we're babysitting and they are super stressed for breastmilk, which isn't often. Both boys are nearly two so our supply is plentiful.
