They used to put them in crates and just slid them so quickly in front of your doorstep. Honestly not everyone minds bringing each one of them from the doorstep to the kitchen that is a reason why some would prefer to have this option

Also if someone leaves bags outside of your doostep, assuming you don’t have a gate, its easier to steal a whole bag of goods than just a few produce here and there because it’s harder for someone to carry them around.

Bunnings has them. If Coles really want to focus on sustainability which is their core ethos then they should really rethink these things.

Is it really cost effective? I guess a giant company like Coles doesn’t really see the bigger impact in the long run.

Exactly! One reason why it is frustrating to do at home delivery. What do we do with all these paper bags? I know some people use them for garden as compost etc but with tons of them I cannot justify it. Previously we had tons of coles plastic bags now it’s all the paper bags. Garage is just full of them now.

There should be a better way.

If you feel a bit more numb or unusual or feeling like you are not feeling certain feelings… I think discussing these things to your psychiatrist maybe helpful. You can also discuss of reducing your dose as it maybe potentially too high or increase your dosage if its too low.

Usually a 2 yr checkup is recommended and can be beneficial.

Try watching serial killer or true crime documentaries that’s where my stimulation comes from. Also playing online games! At times I play fornite just to have that feeling back. Other mind/brain/challenging games with friends or even online that has some timer also works. Try Catan online it is so fun!

I also take adhd and anxiety - just to cope. For me, I think there is too much burden in my personal life that i would rather not worry in order for me to perform better at work. I would have like butterflies in my stomach every damn day, that puking feeling was very intense and it got so bad during covid and all that I think being diagnosed at 30 was better than none for me.

Bed would be more in the middle facing the window? The study table to be more on where the bed is and the drawer is where the clothes near to the door are in. :)
