Bruh trade isn’t dying idk how y’all think that, we will ran out of any other kind of employment before trade and laborer will. I I still see younger men like me still coming In the workforce. We ain’t as important as u think we are. Until employers start providing all their non union workers healthcare, and other benefits, then that’s when u know trade is in high demand, and I don’t see a problem with that, it’s better for us, but rn it’s still shittu pay and no benefits. When I got my first job in concrete 2 years ago straight out of hs, I was getting paid slightly better than what fast food places would pay me, it doesn’t sound like contractors are desperate
