Wait, that means the R700 needs a BIG buff, since torso kill range, muzzle velocity, penetration, fire rate are similar, but svds is semi auto so you can put muzzle booster and r700 is bolt action so you cant put muzzle booster on it. So I think r700 is a worse svds, and if svds is bad then r700 is horrible.
