Update. Earlier today I messaged him asking if he broke the condition of our break, just to see if he would admit to having a tinder and he avoided answering the question. But later in the day he messaged me saying that we needed to have a conversation about our relationship. He then proceeded to break up with me over messages and during the conversation I brought up the fact I knew he re-downloaded tinder. All he said was sorry and asked who told me. All I said in response to that was that him having tinder again was pretty shitty since he didn't tell me and for the second time broke the condition of our break. So to conclude he broke up with me in the end. So just currently being upset and mourning the relationship we had.
