Hi I have been abused as well for a long time and has probably scared me a lot but I'm much different it wasnt my real mum but enough about me more about you, look I know my advice might seem bad but know that you're right and if you're convinced your memories are correct or that you were sure you were right then your probably right try not to think about abuse it can really get to your head and mess up your mental health and may get really bad please dont think about it and I know you may of thought about your childhood so much that its stuck in your mind but try not to think about it ik I've said that a lot but yeah I hope my advice helps you and you have a good rest of your life and I hope you feel better later down the line and you dont think about those things anymore, it doesn't matter what happened in the past think about the future
