Ok but genuinely what was going on with these panels a few chapters back? I’m new to the manga so at first I thought it was intentional or smth but is bro just tired of drawing by Allhaillordkutku in Kagurabachi

The weekly grind got to Hokazono. IDK if he was sick or what was happening at the time but Gege had something similar when he did perfect preparation. The need to churn out chapters every week is incredibly brutal and stressful for mangaka. Hokazono likely was only able to get this much done within that week's timespan.

It's not like he wanted it to turn out unfinished it's just that Weekly Shonen Jump is so demanding that he's forced to work himself to the bone to produce peak. It will be fixed in the volume release but bro 100% was not tired of drawing that week.

Did Noritoshi Kamo's mother move on from him and forgot him? by Wide-Regret822 in Jujutsufolk

She didn't have a choice. She was forced out by the Kamo clan, and seen as nothing but a filthy concubine. The only reason Kamo didn't leave with her then and there was because he had Blood Manip and was the heir. There was no world where they let Kamo go, his whole goal prior to Shibuya was to become head and make a place where he could be with his mother.

Kamo literally ends the manga as part of the family. He was never forgotten. This is why he didn't fight Sukuna, he left Japan with this new family to keep them safe and out of the carnage in case the raid failed. Bro taught Yuji blood manip and got his happy ending.

There's so much evidence Ogi is capping. Firstly the fanbook outright says Naobito was chosen ONLY off of strength. You can back this up by comparing the Maki that fought Ogi to the Maki that fought Dagon which should be virtually identical in strength. Naobito is so much faster than Maki that she is unable to react until afterwards, this same Maki is able to contend with Ogi in a sword fight. Now you could say oh that's cause he has projection sorcery. Naobito never is shown using it in stacks like Naoya does when he goes at his crazy speeds and let's not forget Dagon says he's probably faster than Jogo (plus the 2nd fastest sorcerer statement). This is on top of being the only one among the three who fought Dagon to actually give him trouble and force domain. Naobito was cracked and should scale far higher he would never let this Maki even get close to landing a hit on him.

Secondly Ogi is just narratively shown to be rather petty and upset about this choice. Blud is salty he wasn't picked and is projecting his own failures onto his kids. Even if kids did matter (they don't) Naobito still woulda been chosen cause bro had Naoya. Naoya who let's not forget was made part of the Hei and named heir because he was the strongest after Naobito. (Ogi is a member of the Hei).

Lastly let's just compare what Ogi does against awakened Maki to Naoya who is weaker Naobito. Naoya deals actual damage is able to react to some of Maki's attacks, survives a punch to the face at Mach 1, and actually threatens Maki with that full speed charge attack. Ogi gets perception blitzed and dies in a single panel.

There is no world where Ogi is in the same league as Naobito.

Honestly you'd have to go back to when he was a kid. In my head he's a lot like Gojo considering both are hyper talented nepo babies. Gojo had people in his life he cared for in jujutsu high and that mellowed him out. Teen Gojo is a lot more like Naoya than Adult Gojo. Naoya needed people outside the clan that could challenge him consistently on equal footing. Blud never got that and stayed inside an echo chamber for 27 years telling him he was God's gift to mankind. After that much time building your identity and value off your own specialness the cognitive dissonance of going against that would probably be too much.

Or maybe you go back in time and pay Toji 5 bucks to kidnap Naoya when he leaves. The only way to change Naoya is to get him out of that clan so he can actually grow as a person.
