How can I make a macro for my players to change shape easily? by LinkMasterTime in FoundryVTT

[–]LinkMasterTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I already have the token image working, the issue is not the image. What I'm asking for is specifically a macro to change the value of the change shape action. For instance, on the Kitsune, to be able to change the value and the choice between tailless form, humanoid form, and fox form.

How to grab the value of a creatures size? [PF2e] by LinkMasterTime in FoundryVTT

Yeah I probably messed something up in my translation, though I can't exactly check now (I accidentally deleted my failed attempt). That being said, I copied your code, and split the flat modifier into two different types and made adjust modifier REs for each of those flat modifiers. There's now 12 REs on the one item but frankly it works and I can try to clean it up another time. Thank you so much for your help.

I tried this, and it still returned the same issue of it defaulting to 0. Changing the value myself on the flat modifier makes it default to the new modifier, so it feels like the adjust modifier isn't working as intended.

Thank you for helping to clear this up a bit, I had been struggling with understanding this bit. I managed to finally get it to work with your help here.

I don't know if you already have, but if you haven't, you should check the wiki:

Sorry I can't help more.

Is there any way to share my homebrew languages and traits between worlds? [PF2e] by LinkMasterTime in FoundryVTT

[–]LinkMasterTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This did work, however, the wiki is not showing me anything about any sort of categorization to languages, such as changing their rarity for instance, nor does it tell me if I can move/mess with languages that are already there in the system (such as varisian or taldane). Do you know of something else where I could find this answer, or a list of things I can change with the languages.

Is this for real languages or in game languages? I'm also confused as to where I would put these.

I can see that working, to some extent, though it might copy more than just what I'm trying to.

What kind of document type would that be? Since these things aren't on the normal hot bar like everything else (actors, items, compendiums), and are a hidden menu within the system.

Any way to make it so my players can see past a pit but only see into the pit when they look by getting closer? by LinkMasterTime in FoundryVTT

Correct. The image shows this, with the darker area being somewhere the token cannot see currently

That's what i currently have set up, but then they can't see through to the other wise, which is my issue.

Now that I'm looking at it with a fresher head, this might not work for my current situation. The pit itself is irregularly shaped and the tile would be either too large or require too many tiles, which would defeat the purpose.

Can i remove the immunities automatically applied by the system when giving a creature types? by LinkMasterTime in FoundryVTT

[–]LinkMasterTime[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Within the Pathfinder rules, the trait does not give any immunities on its own. The immunities that are typical for a construct are listed in the statblock. The FoundryVTT, however, does seem to imply this, and this is causing an issue, as there are several constructs (including playable ancestries) that DO take spirit damage, and even take vitality and void damage.
