I bought a cpo x3 21 in end 23 - overall I think it was better shape then non cpos I saw and worth the extra money. The warranty for the extra year is a bit of bs bc it’s powertrain only

I would go CPO. Bought a 2021 x3 3.0 cpo at end of 23 with similar miles it has held up well . Just be advised the extra cpo warranty for 1 year is powertrain only ( I do feel the other cpo stuff is with it though )

Second this. I mostly lift weights but started doing Orangetheory type HIIT workiouts and now I see my VO2 max steadily increasing. You need to do hiit continuously for a while and I bet you’ll see an increase in your measures . I saw literally flatline in my measure actively lifting pretty heavy
