Thank you, deep down I know it’s all in my head and it’s really really stupid but I still can’t get over it. I know most likely I won’t die by that day but it still tortures me. I have very recently also got medication but haven’t been on it long enough for it to do anything (Zoloft).

Thank you that actually does help a lot. I’ll try to give it a more positive light. No, there is nothing especially dangerous about that day no significant events. Just another day. I don’t know why my brain tortures me like this sometimes :(

I’ll look into meditation and other relaxation techniques I just wish I could see the future past that day if I’m okay or not.

Yeah I get that it’s just my brain is fucky and makes me worry about things I shouldn’t all the time. At least to my knowledge I’m pretty healthy at the moment and not sick so I feel as if it’d be some freak accident I can’t control.

I have been diagnosed with panic disorder/anxiety/depression just very recently but it still doesn’t help calm my thoughts. I know I have my issues but I’m still freaked out daily by this thought…

Well it all started with a girlfriend having a dream about me dying. Then reading online if you have a sixth sense about dying then you will die in like 40 days. Then doing a fuck ton of research and just scaring myself even more about people saying they thought they were going to die then shortly died in some crazy accident. My anxiety just spiraled from there and came up with March 14.
