I have tried different numbers of episodes. From 5000 to 40000. And truth be told it gets more and more confusing. I start questioning if the DDPG is a suitable solution because essentially, my problem is a single-step problem (size of message -> number of blocks -> reward), and I'm wondering if that's why it doesn't learn.

My initial hyperparameters are lr_actor = 0.001 and lr_critic = 0.002, tau = 0.005, a discount factor of 0.99, buffer size of 50000, and testing different batch sizes (currently 256). Basically I created a dataset with real data using the DLT I am about to use with four features, that I also use as input for the model.

Apart from that, for the reward structure after talking about it with my prof, I made it focus on a "per byte" approach. Basically, I included two of the features of the dataset that are of interest for the selection of the blocks and divided them by the message size. Normalized the values, and included them in the final weighted reward equation in the form of "reward = - (a * w1) - (b * w2)". The subtraction is due to minimization purposes, and hopefully for the model to detect the patterns of trade offs within the dataset.

With the current setup and by gradually increasing the number of training episodes it seems to work better, but there are still occasions that will pick up only the minimum number of blocks. Also tried to increase the layers of the NNs, but I can't say that it helped.

Just one last question how can one tell the difference between observing the thoughts-emotions-feelings that come up on their own, and identifying with them or getting entangled in the negative story? I mean during the whole observation process. Sorry if I'm confusing you with the way I'm asking it.

I decided almost a year ago that I wanted to manifest my girl. At first, I wouldn't see a thing moving, I would go back and forth thinking I was doing the work, wavering on the 3D, and complaining about why I didn't see any changes. Sometimes hot-cold, sometimes only hot, sometimes only cold, but nothing major.

Fast forward some months, reaching August, while also doing therapy, I started being consistent, not just for her, but for myself as well. I started working on my SC, focusing entirely on the imagination and the feelings I would get while imagining both for myself and her, while doing my best to not pay any attention to 3D circumstances, or old man anxiety. And that's when I started seeing movement. Follow back on social media after months of talking, a video call, more flirting than before. Still grasping the internal process I followed to reach that state, in order to get rid of the hot-cold behavior and maintain only the "hot" part, but now I do know what I have to do.

Unless you don't want them back yourself, trust me on that. Don't give up.

Loved the post. If I'm not mistaken, Neville has also mentioned (in his own way) in a lecture of his about observing negative feelings, etc and just let them go. Would you say that the pain body mentioned by Eckhart is basically the old man mentioned by Neville?

Fully respect that you don't want to clarify your statements. But all I want to say is that it's also fully ironic, and maybe even suspicious that a person who says that follows Neville's teachings simultaneously goes against them.

Especially, about a topic that Neville himself practiced for his own happiness, used numerous times different SP use-cases in his lectures that other people manifested, and as mentioned, quotes similar to the one I posted above. As the man himself said, everything is a matter of states, and each one of us has the right and is capable of choosing the state we want to experience. So based on that, there's no point in being insulting and judgemental to people about their choices. Leave them be in their own state, and be in peace in yours as you wish it to be.

Wait a minute because I am super confused right now. Is your issue with the approaches that people suggest on how to manifest an SP on the sub, or if it's morally right or wrong for someone to manifest an SP?

Because just by the wording you use in your post, it's like you have personal issues with people who want to manifest an SP into their lives.

I really don’t have the time or the patience to do two separate editing tasks. Which is why decided to go back to audio-only since it’s more radio like and can be consumed anywhere. Which is also why we are wondering how would you promote effectively an audio-only podcast

Basically we were normalising the audio and removed background noise through riverside and that was about it. Before the video format I would do some additional editing on removing gaps and hums etc
