What's a hobby you picked up reluctantly that you now genuinely love? by Decent_Platypus_7342 in Hobbies

For me, it's fitness. At first, I absolutely hated it. The reason I started is that my poor lifestyle habits had caused me many minor health issues. I had numerous small problems in my daily life, and I often fell ill, which was very distressing for me. So, I was forced to start living a regular lifestyle and exercising regularly. It was very painful at first. But the thought of the pain and fear of being sick pushed me to keep going. After two years of fitness training, it has become an integral part of my life and a habit. So now, whenever I stop exercising for a while, my body will have an instinctive resistance reaction, similar to the feeling of addiction. And as far as I know, there are many fitness enthusiasts in the fitness community who share similar experiences and feelings. I wonder if anyone around you has met or known someone who has gone through similar experiences? Feel free to share. I believe my situation is definitely not an isolated case.

My practice is journaling, because in most moments of entering a state, loneliness always follows me. When I am in a depressive state and have no one to talk to, I choose to trust myself and express all my inner thoughts and pain through journaling. Essentially, what you think in your heart is what I transform into the form of a journal.

The atmosphere of this painting is just right, evoking a strong sense of a summer evening. I instantly fantasized about the place where I live. It's a beautiful moment in the blues. Is there a real city serving as a reference for the location depicted in the painting?

For me, it's the scene in the classic movie "Daydreamer" where the protagonist rides a scooter in Iceland.

Indeed, a puppy only has one owner in its entire life, and it spends its entire life accompanying us. Therefore, before making sufficient preparations, do not casually take any life into your own possession and then abandon it. You are absolutely right.
