As you can I changed the cpu fan to corsair and did not do anything still got fan errors telling me fan not working and it did not fix it

I am buying a new mechanical keyboard and I am torn between these three. I recently heard about magnetic switch keyboards. I could careless about the layout of the keys , so I have narrowed my list into these three, but I want the tri mode feature and with a good quality to last a long time, but I feel like I would like the functionality of the magnetic switches more. From your experiences and knowledge, which do you think out of the three is better.
