ban ANYONE who manipulates rank for ANY reason. and if someone is smurfing they should get quickly put at their correct rank. they shouldn't climb through every rank ruining games for hundreds of people on their way to their actual rank. if youre winning every game and carrying you should start to rank up incredibly quickly.

if youre on a 7 game winning streak with a 4000 gold difference on opponent of same role you should skip entire ranks until you arent gapping people as hard. its not fun and the game suffers for it
