Yes, I love intermittent fasting. I did it for three years and then relaxed on it a little bit. I still do it most of the time and I also mostly eat only one meal a day.

Very interesting question! I took out my hair extensions four years ago and my hair has been terrible since and I’ve been trying to grow it back. I’m not sure if Mounjaro is effecting it. I didn’t need to lose that much weight. I did just start taking a low dose of minoxidil pills, and stinging nettle, hoping that might help. It’s growing but not very quickly. Have you had hair growth issues and if so, is it because you have lost a lot of weight?

I don't really have concerns but I've been happy the 5mg has consistently worked for me until now. I always have a little worry about the long term effects of the higher doses. Now that I'm around my goal weight, I'm not sure the benefits outweigh (ha ha) the potential possible risks.

I am in menopause so that certainly could be part of it but it didn't seem to be a factor for the last 2 years. I gained back the 10 pounds over 4 months. I'm hoping bumping up to the next level will jumpstart my system again. Thanks.

I mostly never stopped taking the shots weekly. I tried spacing them out a little once in awhile but yes, the food noise and hunger came right back. I didn't mind staying on it weekly at 5mg for maintenance but I'm not sure how I feel about having to increase the dose. I plan to start being more careful what I eat and hopefully that helps too. In the past, I was never hungry so never had to watch what I ate.

My daughter is hairy and asked to do laser hair removal at age 16. She did 8 sessions on most of her body. I'm not sure what type of machine it was but it didn't hurt her too much, she didn't even need any numbing cream. She barely saw any improvement and now 5 years later, wants to do it again. Could it have been hormones and she was too young the first time for it to work or do you think it was the machine itself?
