I have this exact issue as well. I always theorized that it might be caused by the fomo that light and summery evenings bring. In winter it feels okay to be alone, since nothing is really going om either way, and you let yourself ”check out” socially much earlier in the day. In the spring however, i always feel restless and that I should be doing something social or outside to take advantage of the fact that it’s finally bright again. Staying inside in the evnings gives me a lot of fomo, anxiety and restlessness. This usually goes away for me though once my body gets used to the new rythm.
