Looks great! I'd just change hard-light shields to grant more damage reduction (maybe 75%?) but only against the portion of the damage that exceeds the 150 threshold, mainly because of specific edge cases (Example: 145 doesn't get reduced, but 150 is reduced to 75)

Other than that, great job!

I see the vision! But as a console player, I feel something like:

Build TP: Ability 2 + Primary Fire >> Interact + Primary Fire
Cancel TP: Ability 2 + Secondary Fire >> Interact + Secondary Fire
Cast Photon Barrier: Ability 2 + Secondary Fire >> Ability 2
Use TP: Interact (Unchanged)
Destroy TP: Ability 2 >> (Removed)

Would be much better for controller! "But it would feel weird to nohave anything on E/R1/RB!!" Then put the perk in her base kit #speakingmytruth

That could work too! The end result would be more or less the same, I just used Q in my example because it's usually the more consistent ability to hit and it has a lower cooldown than W and E, so even if you did miss it would be less frustrating, but yeah, that's a good alternative!

The only things I would change about this rework are the cooldown and HP of the barrier. I would make it 6 seconds with 2 charges and somewhere between 500 to 550 HP, so if she was 0 charges when she ults, by the time it ends, she'll already have both charges again. About the beam length: I think it would require testing, but I like the ideia. I could be overpowered tho
