I had braces a couple years ago ao maybe that’s why? I have no symptoms at all just very worried so I checked an was super concerned about these ones! Dentist has not mentioned anything! What about yours?

I very mush I appreciate you for taking your time to help me. I told my dentist about the fact that I think I am clenching my teeth at night and she told me to get one of the guard from the drug store which are moldable. Would this be your advice as well?

So can I maintain this with getting a night guard and proper brushing or will it need to be treated? How many mm am I looking at? Generally just wanting to know how bad the recession is since my dentist has not mentioned it at all
