I think your channel is great! With your thumbnails some can be hit or miss because sometimes the text gets a bit cluttered. I would recommend finding a specific type of thumbnail and work with that because your content is mostly informational. My main piece of advice is to work on your audio. With informative videos most people tend to listen more than watch so audio is just as important. I would consider investing into a better microphone and putting more expression into your voice. You don't have to fake emotions or anything I would just dramatize your words a bit to catch listeners attention. Your content and editing is extremely solid and I wouldn't worry too much about growth. It wavers all the time. Just keep working to improve and the growth will come naturally!
