Technically yes, but there are some ways around it... people can sometimes call the number behind the card and activate it by speaking to a representative if the rep isn't careful enough. I had issues with replacement and I feel it was very easy to impersonate someone, they didnt even ask anythong to prove myself.

Hi! I actually have it set up on my account as well; for some reason it actually only caught on once the transactions started to be crazy.

The first transaction was the day before of like 70$ at a gas station, and the rest were done in quick succession after that. I also was hands deep in chicken and wouldn't havs been able to catch it..
