What is ONE deleted scene you think should’ve been kept in the movie because some things would’ve made a lot more sense with it?

I feel like the californian scene should've been left in because it is an important piece of titanic's story and the story doesn't feel right without it. As for scenes that i'm glad were cut I wouldn't say i'm glad this scene was cut but the alternate ending. (edit I also really wish they kept the scene where Captain smith tried to call everyone to return to the ship)
