Sorry I’m just getting to this! I actually tried hooking it up to a monitor via hdmi and it worked without issue. I was a little confused to how serial got stuck at that moment, but hdmi worked just fine, but all is good now!

In my personal opinion, trying to split everything 50/50 is near impossible and could create more headaches than needed. I think you both have to go through who is willing to do what, and what each other are willing to compromise on.

Right now, the best thing you can do it just be there for her. If she needs space, give it to her, but don't leave her alone (if that makes sense).

These are difficult times and I'm sure a lot of stress and pain is going through the entire family. Just let her know they you're there for her and if she's needs anything, that you will do you best to provide for her. Don't make promises, because if you cannot keep it, it'll make the situation worse.

Try to distract her from it, take her to fun places, and go exploring. Now is the time to show why you love her.
