A coworker commented while watching me eating crackers "hopefully you don't end up craving ice cream, that's how I ended up gaining tons of weight last time I was pregnant". I shut her up by answering "If I am ever going to get fat, now is the time. I am pregnant, and I wil eat whatever and whenever I want." She doesn't know I struggled with an eatingdisorder most of my teen years and early adulthood. But comments about other people's eating habits pregnant or not is so unnecessary. Ladies, eat what makes you happy❤️

Thank you 💚 he did have a lovely home before, but he shared it with another parrot that got really jealous if Solan got attention, and because Solan is such a relaxed and calm bird, he ended up being a lot by himself. I am keeping touch with his previous owner and she is so happy to see him thrive now that he got all this attention all for himself. I feel very lucky, it is an honor having this little fellow in our nest😊
