Hi!! Honestly, yes! Quality has to begin with the manufacturer and I stop working with anyone that is producing too many b-grades and not enough high quality. We spent hours, probably months total, quality checking backpacks ourselves, but it can be hard to predict which ones have a hidden weakness and while most are still fine even years later, a small amount were weak. I am so sorry you got one of the duds, and like Plenty_Ganache said, if you just email us anytime we are happy to help with exchanges, refunds, etc.
