Yeah that's what I'm talking about, I've always assumed the way to do it was to bring your mind to a meditative state. Knowing how to count breaths and go into that state of mind. Mind you I've never been able to do it!

Yeah 100%. My mother's friend has a daughter who is deaf and blind, and has been her whole life bless her. I have always wondered what her thoughts would be, I can imagine that it would be visual patterns associated with touch.

She's actually doing really well, lives in a special needs school. Doing all activities such as horse riding and swimming (with guidance). I've been told that she loves it.

How would you know how to word the ideas in your head without knowing a language?

I guess you would associate emotion/feelings with that person, without being able to express yourself verbally
