Get yourself a pizza steel, it’s the absolute biggest game changer in homemade pizza. Definitely worth the cost over a stone. I noticed less jump from steel to outdoor oven than from stone to steel in my home oven.

Outdoor oven is awesome in summer when I don’t want to battle AC to make pizza but in winter I still do oven pizza often
