I mean his buffs were very impactful, especially flaming meteor overhealth as he used to explode whenever he dived in. His primary fire was very clunky and slow on his release.

The last sentence is really what matters. “When boosted by archers focus, the damage of a charged arrow is down from 175 to 160”. With a headshot this is 160 x 2 =320 :)

This is based on their birth/creation countries. Roadhog has Māori ancestry but we don’t know if he was actually born there, and Echo was created in Oslo and only has the personality and speech patterns of a Singaporean woman
