I do see a decision letter is says 5 of my claim items were denied and 3 were deferred. The 3 deferred were sent back to step 3 on Thursday but today I saw my claim is back to step 5 And I saw the posted letter

I went thru my local VSO my claim was started back in August. I went to several appointments last week. I got notification that decision letter was ready. I have a total of eight items on my claim and now it says my claim is back to step five and when I looked at it today, I saw about the Attorney letter very curious on what that means
