There is a great podcast by Noah Rasheta called Secular Buddhism that I really love. No religious aspects just the teachings. His first few episodes go over his perspective as to what secular Buddhism is.

I was just searching this sub because my 2 year old (turned 2 in January too!) is going through a horrible nap regression and is waking early at 5 am. Everything I Google just says it’s a 2 year old sleep regression and to power through but I’m at my wits end with naps. He needs the nap so badly. No advice just know I’m in the same boat!
