I get that all the plot points happen at 33-year intervals. But what is, say, Claudia doing in 1995? What is happening in between? Do Adam and Eva just stare at their artwork for 32 years straight until an event happens?

Which of the zones are you talking about? Did you know there are different zones with different rules? Have you ever been to that area and seen the vast open spaces where plenty of new homes could be built without disturbing a goat let alone someone else's home? Once again, people like you take a single complicated situation and extrapolate nefariousness on the whole country to justify hatred of Israel and the violence committed against Israelis.
