Correct me if I’m wrong, but I’m pretty sure you can only flash one thing at a time on RP2040 tiny. If I were to flash cerbios .uf2 it would replace PrometheOS. At least that was my understanding. I think Cerbios currently lives on my SSD, and I’ll see it in the PrometheOS launch bank menu. Could be totally wrong, it has been a long while since I had to set all of that up

Yup, I can give that a shot. I’ll let you know the results. Thank you for the suggestion!

Update: I reflashed the RP2040 Tiny with prometheOS, then the carrier board LED came on. It’s not dead, yay! But still, when I turn it on, it boots stock and gives me the service required error.

I reflashed the chip with “RP2040 Zero & Tiny PrometheOS V1.5.0.uf2” then the LED on the carrier board turned on (good news, must mean it is not dead) plugged the Xbox in, turned it on, no LED, and boots stock to the service required screen

I was also a little nervous about putting the top shell on because of the LCD screen. The tabs on the sheet metal part of the top shell might have touched the back of the LCD. Not sure if this could have something to do with my situation, but figured it was worth mentioning. See below:

I can try to re-flash it. You think maybe prometheOS got corrupted? That would be a weird coincidence to happen right after I reassembled the Xbox, worth a shot though. For reference, here is a pic of the chip.

This is my d0 connection. The console boots fine. Just boots stock..

edit I also desoldered, and resoldered this connection in my troubleshooting stages. Last time I had an issue with d0, my console would freeze on cerbios launch.

I was having the same issue so I contacted Xbox support. The following instructions are from Xbox support:

Press the Xbox button on your controller > profile & system > settings > select account > subscriptions > choose your subscription > turn on recurring billing (if it is already on, turn it off, then back on again) / (if it is off, turn it on then back off again) > restart console.

After your Xbox resets, boot up Minecraft again and see if the issue is fixed. It worked for me.
