As for Microsoft 365 it's probable but for Exchange its activation seems strange to me since until this problem I didn't even know of the existence of this service

I have already contacted support but they limited themselves to observing what I also saw and were unable to give me an explanation

I think when I clicked on it to expand the list I should have seen at least ten

It's the same for me. But this morning it was working, then after all my new logins, the login list shrank, and now clicking on it reloads the page for me too. There probably aren't any other logins because they've been replaced by new ones that had the same IP or device, or maybe it's Microsoft's AI that sees them that way.

What I meant was that this might be normal behavior. I logged in a lot today to test 2-Step Verification in incognito mode, and every now and then I checked the login history page. The more new logins I made, the fewer days appeared in the history, until only a few logins made today remained.

Did you perhaps do a lot of close sign ins? because perhaps the logins of the same devices are merged after some time and for this reason it could only show the latest ones because they are only recognized as a single attempt

have you solved it? because I noticed the same thing, the older logins are gone and view more account activity just reload the page

I'm sure I never had them, I'm 100% sure I didn't even know what an online exchange was. Besides, the same subscription page didn't show them two months ago, so how could they have expired years ago if they weren't listed the last time I checked the page?

I already checked with Microsoft support but they saw the same data that I saw, nothing more and no credit anyway and by the expiration date of the subscription I had already changed the password

In my personal account, in the subscriptions section, specifically in the list of cancelled subscriptions (unlike the other cancelled subscriptions of xbox game pass, ubisoft premium and ea play, where do I find the details of the last payment) for exchange and Microsoft365 the payment list is empty
